Our Process

From Design to Installation

We consider it a privilege to serve every client and work hard to ensure that your experience with us is as simple, straight-forward and pleasant as possible. Take a moment to read through the steps below to get an idea of the typical process, from start to finish, that you can expect when working with us. It’s our goal to make your experience with us the Ultimate Outdoor Kitchen experience!

01

Initial Consultation & Measurements

We begin by meeting with you at our showroom or your home to discuss your ideas, outdoor space, project needs and overall goals. If we initially meet at the showroom, we’ll schedule an on-site visit to take measurements and confirm the project scope.

02

Preliminary Design & Quote

Using the information and measurements we’ve gathered, we create preliminary drawings of your custom outdoor project and provide a detailed quote for your review.

03

Design Revisions

We work with you to refine the layout, features and overall design, making any necessary revisions until the project meets your needs and you’re ready to move forward.

04

Project Approval & Deposit

Once the design and quote are approved, a 50% deposit is collected to move your project into the next phase.

05

Final Design Selections

You’ll finalize the selections applicable to your project, including HDPE cabinet color, door style, handles and hardware, appliances, countertops and other project-specific finishes or features. Our team will help guide you through the available options and coordinate the selections needed for your project.

06

Custom HDPE Manufacturing

Your cabinetry and custom HDPE components are manufactured in-house using marine-grade HDPE. Using our CNC equipment, we precisely cut the components for your individual project before moving into assembly.

07

Assembly & Initial Installation

We assemble your custom cabinetry and components and schedule installation at your home. Our team completes the initial installation and prepares the project for any additional work required, such as countertop templating or other project-specific finishes.

08

Countertops & Additional Finishes

Depending on the project, countertops are templated, fabricated and installed, along with any other applicable finishes or components required before final installation.

09

Final Installation & Project Completion

Once the necessary countertops, finishes or other project components are in place, our team returns to complete the remaining installation. This may include appliances, cabinetry components and other final details applicable to the project.

10

Final Walkthrough

Once the project is complete, we’ll walk through the finished space with you, review the cabinetry and applicable features, address any final details and provide information about your lifetime cabinet warranty.
